Become a Leader

Na’amat offers a three-stage leadership development program designed to empower women and foster leadership skills.

1. Stage One: Local Leadership Seminar – Build self-improvement and leadership abilities. Open to all members.
2. Stage Two: National Leadership Seminar – Connect with other leaders across Canada, gain new ideas and a deeper understanding of Na’amat Canada. For members with strong involvement at their local level.
3. Stage Three: Israel Leadership Seminar – Travel to Israel for a week-long seminar, meet Na'amat leaders, and experience our mission firsthand. By invitation to select members. View a sample itinerary
